February Spotlight: The District on Apache, Arizona

Let’s be perfectly clear. The most important thing about living off campus is living off campus. No RA’s, plus freedom, equals a better living experience for everyone. There are many great options on our site, but if you’re a student at Arizona, you’d be hard-pressed to find a better option than The District on Apache.

Let’s review: besides being close to campus, The District on Apache has everything you need: beds, floor-space, washing machines, and multiple options for different set-ups of room-mate numbers. It’s also close to campus. “Everything you need” is a boring phrase, though, so let’s get cool.

The District on Apache has everything you want. Even things you hadn’t anticipated.

Let’s be clear. It’s Arizona; it’s hot outside. That’s why The District on Apache has a pool. A big pool. The sort of big pool that has grilling stations, a kitchen, tanning decks, an outdoor theater, and an enormous hot-tub. Sound like too much for one pool? You’re right. That’s because there are two pools. Because The District on Apache is awesome. Day or night, there’s something to do at the pool, which is great, because the pools are open at night with a late-night kitchen.

Let’s say, though, that you’re not a pool person, which is crazy, but fine. The District on Apache has got your back, because they love you. They have a clubhouse with wifi and study space. Again, that’s great- it’s what you need- but let’s talk about what you want. A state-of-the-art fitness center, with weights, cardio, and machines, even the weird ones? They’ve got that. A gaming center with consoles, enormous screens, high-speed internet and those deep couches you want to sleep on? They’ve got that too. A 24 Hour shopping center where you can get mints, Cheetos, toilet paper, flip-flops and shaving cream? They have that too.

Whatever you want is here. Same with whatever you need. All within walking distance of Arizona State University.

Now, those are the perks, and they’re awesome, sure, but I don’t think you’re getting the right idea. See, beyond all of that- which is great, don’t get me wrong- the simple truth is these apartments are great.

Everything you get is state of the art, with spacious floor-plans, thick-enough walls, and variety as you choose. Two persons, two bathrooms? You’re not a sharer, but that’s okay; they’ve got you. Four bedrooms, four bathrooms? Same deal. That’s because at The District on Apache you will never, ever have to wait for a shower. Everyone gets their own bathroom, which is one of those insane, weird perks you couldn’t dream of in a dorm. Same with the private balconies, high-speed internet and satellite TV.

Also, the entire apartment complex is green. So know that while you’re living the insane, amazing life The District on Apache has to offer, you’re also saving the world. And if that doesn’t work, remember: a green apartment complex saves you money, too.
