Campus Village

Campus Village is the perfect set up for all your party pad needs. Spacious floor plans allow you to host the “livest” party of the week. However, at Campus Village the real party starts as soon as bikini season does. This place is always jam packed with a good time partying at the pool. I mean who wouldn’t want to drink a cold one and float THE ONLY lazy river in College Station! The music will be bumpin’, the sand volleyball tournaments will be intense, and when you feel like chillin’, their GIANT movie screen at the pool will surely put you in post party relaxation mode.

The Warehouse at Northgate

If you want to be in the center of all the action, the Warehouse seems like the perfect spot for you. What a better party pad location than ON NORTHGATE. All Aggies know that Northgate is where the party’s at all night every night. What’s better than walking distance to your favorite bars and clubs… oh yah and campus of course. Living at the Warehouse you won’t ever have to worry whose going to be the DD (designated driver), as long as you can at least stumble your way home, then you’re good!

The Zone

So obviously the name of the apartment complex speaks for itself! This place is the zone for pool parties galore, house parties, and more! From floating beer pong tables to flip cup on the islands, this is the place to be for a good time. The party doesn’t stop when it gets cold. The Zone has an awesome fire pit and lounge area outside to kick back at with your friends.

Z Islander

If the colorful buildings don’t scream FUN TIME then the giant salt water pool should finish the job. Waves Z Islander is the best of all worlds! Not only does the place have a legit pool and spacious pads for party throwing…. But wait that’s not all…. You can also walk to Northgate from the back of the complex! Spend your day chilllin’ at the pool, party the night away at your place or Northgate, AND THEN crash out in your queen size SUPER comfy bed that they provide! You can spend the next day nursing your hangover curled up in your bed watching all the TV you want with the included flat screen TVs, in your room and living room, AND extended cable! Now that’s livin’ the life!
