Indiana University Bloomington: Asking rents at IU edged slightly up for one ($3), two ($2) and three ($5) bedroom units while four bedroom units saw a decrease of $35, or 1.5% in April.
Michigan State University: At MSU, asking rents in April saw slight increases of $1 for one bedroom units and $8 for two bedroom units. Three bedroom units increased by $26 to $1,136 while four bedroom units decreased by $4 to $1,239.
Purdue University: In April, asking rents at Purdue for two and three bedroom units saw decreases around 3%. Two bedroom units decreased by $34 to $1,048 while three bedroom units decreased by $47 to $1,539. One and four bedroom unit rents remained virtually unchanged in April.
University of Kentucky: KU asking rents in April saw little movement in the smaller unit types. One bedroom units increased $7 to $755 while two bedroom units decreased by $9 to $919. Three bedroom units saw an increase 1.9%, or $24, to $1,271 while four bedroom units saw a decrease of $29 to $1,890.
University of Michigan: For April, asking rents at UM decreased across three of the four unit types tracked with only two bedroom units seeing a slight increase of $8 to $1,455. One bedroom unit asking rents decreased $23, or 2.25% to $1,011 while four bedroom units decreased $39 to $2,894.
