Auburn University: Asking rents at AU remained flat for April for one, three and four bedroom units. Two bedroom units saw a slight increase in asking price of $3, or 0.4%.
Louisiana State University: At LSU, rents for one and four bedroom units in April remaining flat. Each saw only a slight uptick in asking rents of only a $1. However, asking rents decreased for two bedroom, $10, and three bedroom, $23.
University of Alabama: In April, rents at UA for one bedroom units jumped up $16, or 2.3%, while three bedroom units saw a decrease asking price of $31, or 2.2%. Rents at four bedroom units remained flat at $2,159.
University of Central Florida: Asking rents at UCF have remained steady from March to April. For one, two and three bedroom units, rents slightly increased in April while four bedroom units saw a decrease of $15 on average for April. One bedroom units remain pricey at $960.
University of South Carolina: USC saw asking rents move up and down in April. One bedroom units remained relatively flat with a slight increase of $2. Rents for two bedroom units saw a jump of $76, or 7.75%, while three and four bedroom units each saw declines of $98 and $59 respectively.
University of South Florida: At USF, asking rents for one and two bedroom units increase slightly at 0.4% each, an increase of $3 and $5. Three bedroom units saw an increase of $19, or 1.5%, while asking rents for four bedroom units decrease $16, or 0.9%.
