Arizona State University: In April, rents at ASU remained relatively unchanged from March. Asking rents for one bedroom units saw a slight decrease of $5, or 0.5% while two bedroom units, $8, three bedroom units, $2 and four bedroom units, $6 all saw slight increases.
Texas A&M University: Asking rents at TAMU edged up slightly for most unit types in April. One bedroom units were flat in April while two bedroom units increased $15, two bedroom units increase $12 and four bedroom units increased $15.
Texas State University: For April, TXST saw a decrease in asking rents for four bedroom units of $48, or 2.4%. One bedroom and two bedroom units were unchanged in April while three bedroom units saw a slight decrease of $2.
University of Arizona: At UA, small increases in asking rents were seen in one bedroom, $2, two bedroom, $9, and three bedroom, $9, unit types. Four bedroom units saw a decrease of $39, or 1.8%.
