Colorado State University: In April, CSU saw asking rents decline for three of the four unit types tracked: One bedroom units decreased $22, or 2.6%, two bedroom units decreased $21, or 1.9% and four bedroom units decreased $10, or 0.7%. Three bedroom units saw a slight increase of $3, or 0.2%.
San Diego State University: Asking rents at SDSU decreased for one, $14, and two bedroom, $33, units in April. Three bedroom units increased by $22, or 0.9% while four bedroom units remained unchanged from March.
University of Nevada-Las Vegas: UNLV asking rents remained relatively stable in April from March. One and three bedroom units saw a slight decrease in asking rents of $1. Two bedroom units asking rents increased $14, or 1.7% while four bedroom units increased $20, or 1.4%.
