At some universities, $700 will get you your own one bedroom apartment in a building with amenities like a pool and on-site laundry. At other universities, you will have to live with 3 other roommates in a four bedroom apartment, each paying $700. Here is what approximately $700 in rent gets you at universities across the country as of June 1, 2016.

University of South Carolina-Columbia
